But, if your team has a custom skin it usually has your logo in the banner already, you may only want to include your logo in emails and not the side menu.

Branding your web presence is one of the great challenges of running a swim team in today's online world. Some TeamUnify teams have taken the steps to work with our graphic designers to create a truly custom website.

Custom websites have long had the ability to display your team's logo in the side menu of your SwimOffice website, as well as the ability to include it at the top of your team emails. But, if your team has a custom skin it usually has your logo in the banner already, you may only want to include your logo in emails and not the side menu. With the latest SwimOffice update, now you can!

To add a logo to only your emails and not your side menu:

  1. In the side menu click Team Admin > Website Design.
  2. Click Website Layout Configuration.
  3. To only show your logo on emails you send, select Only Show Team Logo on Emails.
  1. If you have already loaded your logo, skip to the last step. Otherwise continue.
  2. Click Browse or Choose File.
  3. Navigate to your .jpg or .gif logo and double click it. It needs to be sized to 230 pixels wide. We recommend 180 pixels high but it can vary in height.
  4. Scroll to the bottom or top and click Save Changes.

Note that this setting will override the "Show Logo For Logged In Users" setting under Template Controls and your logo will not show in the side menu at all.

Customizing your website can revolutionize your online image. You work directly with our graphic designers to redefine your online brand and image. If you would like to learn more about how to work with us to create a custom TeamUnify site please click the link below. We are ready when you are.
