Testimonial: Swimming Club Saves up to 8 Hours a Month Using Electronic Processing

The credit card processing system has been a massive time-saver for me as Treasurer.  I used to receive more than 100 individual standing order payments into the club accounts which I had to manually allocate to swimmer accounts which was a very time-consuming process (8 to 10 hours a month).  With automated card processing now fully up and running at our club, the number of individual payments is down to less than 10, and half of those are from families who have signed up with a credit card but have failed to cancel their old standing order!  On a monthly basis it is now simple to go through the small number of accounts where card processing failed and let the families know that they need to adjust their card details.  The whole process is now only a couple of hours a month – revolutionary!

Wandsworth Swimming Club | South West London, England

We are a friendly and competitive swimming club based at Putney Leisure Centre in South West London.  The Club has over 160 swimmers from seven years old to open age group; and operates almost ninety hours of pool time per week across six squads.

As a Club we compete in the First Division of the National Arena League, in addition to offering our swimmers a programme of open meets throughout the year. The Club supports the Crystal Palace Club Network by integrating its performance squads into those sessions that are run at Crystal Palace.

Wandsworth Swimming Club is SwimMark accredited and we have introduced talent pathways across all age group squads.  We have done this to foster a lifelong participation in swimming for all our athletes, and to provide a mentoring system to maximise the potential of our swimmers.
