Testimonial: Team Returns to TeamUnify for Impressive Customer Support and Ease of Use

We (Northridge Area Swimming Association) have been using the TeamUnify platform for 8-9 years. This is the second team I’ve been a part of in which I’ve helped implement the TU platform. As administrators and coaches, we find the platform very easy to use and our families find it easy to use as well. It takes everything we do and combines it into one package that is accessible from anywhere with internet or phone service. The OnDeck app is second to none giving you access to your entire website/database right from your smartphone.

About a year ago we made the decision to switch away from TU to the new Active/Hytech platform. Not a good decision. [...] As our frustrations grew, we found their customer service getting further away. In the end, we made the decision to switch back to TU.

About a year ago we made the decision to switch away from TU to the new Active/Hytech platform. Not a good decision. First, we were promised that it could do a lot of things, very few of which were true. Second, we were told there were not a bunch of fees associated with it and we found out later that there were. We felt we had been lied to in order to get us to switch platforms. In the end, the product we were given did very little of what we wanted. Or, it did it in such a way that made it very difficult to use. We found many of the entry type tasks almost impossible to complete. As our frustrations grew we found their customer service getting further and further away. In the end, we made the decision to switch back to TU and it was until eight months later that someone from Active reached out to us to find out why we had left.
